vc_redist.x64.exe /uninstall (for x64 version of the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable)
vc_redist.x86.exe /uninstall (for x86 version of the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable)
Step 4. Then a window will appear with an option to repair the installation. Click on Repair and follow the on-screen instructions to repair the Visual C++ 2015 redist installation.
Once down, reboot your PC and see if you can install Visual C++ 2015 without the error 0x80070666.
Fix 5. Delete the Temp Files
